These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products available in the Fulgoria online store.

3. Products and Prices

All products shown on the website are described and photographed with the utmost accuracy. However, depending on the devices used to view the catalog, certain colours and sizes shown in the images may vary.

Product information and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Promotions and campaigns are valid only during the indicated period.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products displayed on the website, as well as their sale.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through the website. After payment confirmation, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout (card, Multibanco, PayPal, Klarna, among others).

Sometimes, a product may become unavailable due to connectivity issues (other people purchasing the same item at the same time, or delays in updating inventory due to tech problems). If this happens and the purchased product is not available immediately after purchase, the customer will be contacted and given options for exchange or a refund. Similarly, the customer may request to be notified when the item of their choice is back in stock.

5. Deliveries

Orders are shipped throughout the European Union. However, delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and are indicated at the time of purchase.

6. Exchanges and Returns

The customer can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. This period begins from the moment you receive the product at the delivery address.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of product error or defect, which must be duly proven before shipment.

7. Warranty and Claims

All products have a legal warranty in accordance with Portuguese law. Any complaints must be submitted in writing via the email address above.
