Fulgoria is a trademark duly registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property of Portugal by Mónica De Oliveira, sole proprietor, holder of Tax Identification Number 280225695, with activity title no. T10780 – Retailer of Jewellery by Online Communication, in accordance with the provisions of articles 41 and 42 of the Legal Regime of Jewellery and Assay Offices (RJOC), approved by Law no. 98/2015, of August 18, and amended by Decree-Law no. 120/2017, of September 15.

Our selection includes goldsmithing and jewellery pieces produced by qualified companies and artisans. A large portion of our pieces are made of 925 sterling silver or 925 silver with a gold plating, and are marked by the Portuguese Assay Office (INCM – Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda) whenever the weight of the precious metal exceeds 2 grams, in accordance with current legislation. All pieces also bear the goldsmith's or producer's hallmark, approved by the Assay Office, guaranteeing the authenticity of the precious metal.

Handcrafted filigree pieces include a distinctive mark certifying the authenticity of the traditional Portuguese technique, in accordance with the standards of the Assay Office.
