Shipping Policy

At Fulgoria, we ship our jewellery from Portugal with the utmost care. We work with CTT (the Portuguese postal service) and its international partners to ensure safe delivery.

 

  • Shipping Zones and Delivery Times: Delivery times will depend on the type of shipping chosen (Standard or Express).

    • Mainland Portugal and Islands: 1-4 business days.

    • European Union - EU1 (Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg): 2-6 business days.

    • European Union - EU2 (Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden): 2-8 working days.

    • United Kingdom: 2-6 working days (6-12 days for Scotland, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands).

    • USA and Canada: 3-7 business days. For these countries, we only offer Express shipping.

 

  • Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping option chosen by the customer. We offer Standard and Express options (except for North America, where we only offer Express shipping).

 

  • Customs and Taxes (International Shipments): Orders destined for countries outside the EU (including the UK, USA, Canada, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) conditions. This means that the customer is responsible for paying any import duties, local VAT/taxes, or customs handling fees upon arrival.

 

    • Destination Taxes and Duties: The price paid on our website includes the product and shipping, but does not include import taxes (local VAT, GST, HST), customs duties, or courier handling fees in the destination country.
    • Customer Responsibility: By making a purchase, the customer agrees to act as the "Importer of Record" and is therefore solely responsible for paying any charges determined by local customs authorities. Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being held or abandoned; any resulting costs will be the customer's responsibility.

    • Customs Clearance Process: The shipping company will contact you via SMS, email, or postal mail to manage payment of charges prior to delivery.

 

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
